This is the man who penned scores for movies such as the Star Wars Saga, Jaws, Jurassic Park, Indiana Jones, Harry Potter 1-3, Pirates of the Caribbean and E.T. Williams has also been nominated for 45 Oscars and won 21 Grammy Awards!
Who is the unworthy replacement? Andre Desplat, HEY GREAT. He is relatively new to the music scene. He’s done work for The Curious Case of Benjamin Button, The Queen and of course, the Twilight Saga’s New Moon. Barf.
Remember how great the music used to be in Harry Potter? I was so disappointed in HP6, I don’t want the last movies in the series to be the same way. I very much wanted John Williams back for DH, he would have put in the effort the series end deserves.
